 The Admission Process identifies students in K3 through 12th grade who demonstrate motivation and the ability to meet Heritage Christian Academy’s academic requirements. In reviewing applications, the Admission Committee considers academic performance, standardized test results, previous school transcripts, teacher evaluation/recommendation, availability of classroom space, and a desire to be at HCA.  We offer our high school credit classes for college preparatory diplomas and a wide range of electives.  For qualified junior and senior students, we offer joint enrollment classes with The College of Coastal Georgia.
Before the Admissions Committee can consider a candidate for enrollment in Heritage Christian Academy, the following steps must be completed. We encourage you to begin this process as soon as possible as it does take some time to complete the entire process.

1. ____ Tour the campus and pick up application packet

2. ____ Return the completed application forms and student transcript release with the $150 non-refundable application fee

3. ____ Distribute Teacher Recommendation Forms and Personal Reference Forms (see application packet)

4. ____ Potential students may be required to successfully complete an entrance exam ($100 fee due at time of testing)

5. ____ Family interview for viable candidate

6. ____ Notification of Admission Committee final decision
