PTO Meetings

All parents are invited to join us for parent meetings. Meet with your PTO Board Members, ask questions, and become more involved at HCA.

Volunteering:

Every family is responsible for a designated number of volunteer service at the school. Your HCA PTO board is here to help you serve according to your schedule, talents, and interests. Contact one of the volunteer coordinators via the email ink above to get your volunteer hours in before the end of the school year.

We need one more volunteer.

Family Eagle Night

November 2nd. Volunteers are needed to work the booths and help cooredinate this fun-filled, money-making event! If you signed up to help with this event, we will be contacting you very soon to set up the first planning meeting!

Athletic Events

Volunteers are needed to work the gate and concession stand at our home volleyball and basketball games. Also, Heritage Christian Academy is hosting the Golden Isles Volleyball Invitational Tournament on September 14-15, 2012. This is a great opportunity to get some of your 10 hours in early during the school year. Contact Zandy Wilbanks at (912) 230-2071 if you are interested in helping.

Fundraisers:

Papa John's Pizza Night

The 2nd Tuesday of every month. Order that night and tell them you are ordering on behalf of HCA. Don't forget to tell Papa John's your house name!

Give with Target

Target will have HCA a $25 gift card for every 25 votes we receive. Go to this website http://apps.facebook.com/givewithtarget/ and vote for our school. You can vote every 5 days until September 8th.

Brunswick Rockin' Stewbilee Road Race

November 10th at 8:30 a.m. It will begin at the Mary Ross Waterfront Park. The PTO with the highest number of participants receives $500 CASH! Last year, there were no PTO participants....this is an easy $500! See their website for more info: www.stewbilee.com/road-race.html

Labels for Education

Angela Mason is the current coordinator. With Labels for Education we earn points that can be redeemed for merchandise. See their website for more info: www.labelsforeducation.com. Check out the points our school has earned and the items on our wish list. Turn your Labels for Education to your child's homeroom teacher.

Box Tops for Education

Turn your regular shopping trip into easy cash for Heritage Christian Academy. Just look for the Box Tops logo on hundreds of products like Cheerios, Hamburger Helper, and Kleenex. Each one is worth 10¢ for our school. This is not a “points” program. HCA receives cash. It doesn’t get easier than this. Please remember to clip the Box Tops off of all participating products and send them to your child’s teacher. Ask grandparents to help, too!
